Here's what happens next: We review new client inquiries daily during office hours (9am–7pm). You'll typically hear from us within one business day — though during busy travel periods, it may take a little longer.

In the meantime, you're welcome to go ahead and activate your Time To Pet account. This is the platform we use to manage all scheduling, pet information, invoices, and communication.

⚠️ Important: Rabies vaccination records are required before scheduling

Once your account is active, please upload a current rabies vaccination certificate for each dog or cat in your household. We review and approve records manually — submitting them right away means there's no delay when you're ready to book.

Not sure how to upload? Once you're inside your TTP account, look for the Pet Profile section — there's an option to attach documents there.
