At Sploot Pet Concierge, every drop-in visit is designed around your individual pet — their routine, their personality, and what makes them feel safe and happy. We serve pets of all species across Fitchburg, Madison, Middleton, and Verona, and we bring the same enrichment-first, Fear Free Certified approach to every single one.
What Every Visit Includes
Enrichment, not just a check-in. Every visit is purposeful. We bring puzzle feeders, engage your pet in play, provide companionship, and follow the enrichment approach that matches who your pet is — not a generic checklist.
Fear Free Certified handling. Our team is trained in Fear Free techniques, meaning every interaction prioritizes your pet's emotional comfort. Low-stress, choice-led, and always at your pet's pace.
Consistent caregiver pairing. You'll work with the same caregiver visit after visit. That consistency builds real trust — especially important for pets who are shy, anxious, or sensitive to change.
Medication administration. We can administer oral medications, topical treatments, insulin, and medications mixed with food or water as directed. If your pet has health needs, we'll review the full protocol before care begins.
Visit report cards with photos. After every visit you'll receive a detailed update with notes on how your pet is doing and photos so you can see for yourself. Arrival and departure alerts keep you connected in real time.
Flexible scheduling. Visits available 7am–9pm. Book 20, 30, 45, or 60-minute visits — or a 2.5-hour extended visit for pets who need more time. No minimum requirements.
Care for Every Species
Dogs
Drop-in visits for potty breaks, enrichment play, feeding, and companionship. Puppies benefit from midday breaks; dogs on vacation schedules typically do best with three to four visits a day. We follow your routine and add enrichment wherever we can.
Cats
In-home visits that keep your cat in their own environment, on their own schedule — because cats feel routine changes deeply and their home is their safe place. Play, feeding, litter box care, medication, and quiet company for the ones who just want someone nearby. We always locate your cat and send a photo, even the determined hiders.
Birds
Routine-centered visits that follow your bird's established schedule precisely, including out-of-cage time, enrichment, feeding, and cage maintenance. We know how sensitive birds are to their environment and handle every visit accordingly.
Rabbits, Guinea Pigs & Chinchillas
Out-of-enclosure time, enrichment, feeding, habitat monitoring, and careful attention to the health signals that matter — food intake, poop consistency, and how they're actually doing. We hold the line on hay no matter how persuasively they ask for more treats.
